Most Realistic Xiaomi Mi 7 Renders Show Up Online

Image
New day, new Xiaomi Mi 7 rumor contradicting everything we’ve said before, at least design wise. This time around we have a look at some of the most realistic renders of Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship we’ve seen thus far; let’s check them out! In the image above we have the Mi 7 sporting a very similar design to the Apple iPhone X, with no bezels around the entire frame, exception made for the topmost part of the phone which is where all the sensors and the selfie camera are placed; definitely a better design choice and a very plausible one as well. Moving to the back of the phone, we find a dual camera setup, but unlike what we saw in previous rumors, we now have them arranged horizontally. Once again, this is more likely to be true as the Xiaomi Mi 6 came with a similar design and there’s really no reason to change that. Lastly, another detail makes these latest renders more realistic – the fingerprint scanner on the back of the handset. While we know Xiaomi are one o...

A sandstone OnePlus 5T variant might arrive in the next month

Image
SAMSUNG CSC Yesterday OnePlus shared a video on their Youtube Official channel, showing people’s reaction to a product hidden inside a mysterious box with the Company Logo. Just by checking the video we can see people mentioning a different texture feeling and some even mentions the Sandstone versions of OnePlus and OnePlus 2. The first OnePlus smartphone to feature a metallic build was the 2016’s OnePlus 3T. Previously the company used a mix of polycarbonate with a Sandstone textured rear. Since its release, the distinct texture feeling of the back was something that highlighted the handset in comparison to the other devices in the glossy plastic era. Buy OnePlus phones at b2b.gizchina.com! As people’s reaction is just teasing we are guessing that this new product inside the box may be a new Sandstone variant of the recently released OnePlus 5T. The option of this being a new Sandstone case is just discarded by the fact that the company already delivered such p...

Image
HMD Global is already preparing its 2018 lineup which includes the flagship Nokia 9, the Nokia 6 (2018),  Nokia 1 , and a 4G enabled Nokia 3310  as various leaks suggest . And while the flagship Nokia 9 is yet to be made official, rumors are already beginning to swirl about HMD Global’s  next premium device – the Nokia 10. A  leaked image from out of China containing the list of devices  expected to ship with the  recently unveiled Snapdragon 845  surfaced earlier today. The Nokia 10 is HMD Global’s only device that made it to the list, and as per the list, the Nokia 10 should be due for release by between July and September 2018. Well, the most logical response to that could be that the No...

Qualcomm grabs the highest smartphone SoCs market share during Q3 2017

Image
2017 will for sure be remembered as a hard year for the chipset manufacturer, Qualcomm. The company saw itself involved in lawsuits against one that was once one of biggest buyer of the modems manufactured by the chip maker, Apple. After a couple of lawsuits that one filed against the other, we probably are not going to see a deal in the next year, and Apple may drop Qualcomm modems in favor of MediaTek and Intel. Not much time ago, Qualcomm was suffering pressure for its shareholders to accept a bid from another giant in the sector, Broadcom, which offered the whopping amount of $105 billion to absorb the Snapdragon manufacturer in their business, the latter refused and until the moment Broadcom has not offered a better offer. Besides all those negatives happenings surrounding Qualcomm, the company achieved once again the crown of Smartphone Chipset Ruler of the Market. During the third quarter of 2017, the companies responsible for about 42 percent of the revenue generated ...
